The beachfront location and beautiful, uncrowded beach made for a perfect getaway. Kids loved the multiple pools, especially the lazy river, while the nightly activities brought fun right to our balcony. Breakfast was a highlight—so many options and a pancake maker that delighted my daughter. The staff were incredibly friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. there’s only one set of washers, and it wasn’t clean, which was disappointing. paying for parking on top of the room rate felt a bit much, and we wished for a quicker check-in process. Small quirks aside, it was a lovely family escape.

The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had—so many delicious options! Our room was super comfy with a breathtaking view, perfect for the family. The heated pools and hot tub were a total dream, plus the beach access was just steps away!

The comforters had varying scents; one was fresh while the other had an off-putting odor. The noise level was generally low, promoting a peaceful atmosphere. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which enhanced our experience significantly, despite a few minor maintenance issues. It's a solid option for families looking for comfort.

Exceeded expectations. Cleanliness, location, and amenities are top-tier. Breakfast? A feast—bacon, eggs, cinnamon rolls, and more. Fresh beverages available all day. The pool and lazy river until midnight are a bonus. Spacious room, comfortable beds, and stunning views from the balcony. the cost feels steep at $2,100 for three nights. Improvement needed on cleanliness; some areas appeared neglected, and bathroom maintenance was lacking. Staff attentiveness varied—some were accommodating, while others fell short. Noise from nearby properties was disruptive. Parking fees and rental charges should be incorporated into room rates. Despite some shortcomings, it remains a beautiful beach destination for families. Will return but with tempered expectations.

Our family had a blast at the amazing Beachfront location near Gulf World Marine Park. The thrilling adventure offered stunning aerial views of Panama City Beach.
In my wife's opinion, the hotel could enhance the experience for families by offering more kid-friendly activities.

The room was pretty cozy and spacious, with a nice sitting area and a dining table. We had a flat, screen TV, free Wi, Fi, and a cute little garden outside where we enjoyed our morning coffee. The bed was super comfy, and the bathroom was stocked with free toiletries. One thing that bothered me a bit was the lack of ironing facilities in the room. It would have been nice to have that option, especially when trying to get wrinkle, free clothes for outings. the air conditioning was a bit finicky , sometimes it got too cold, and other times it felt a bit stuffy. On the plus side, the hotel staff was friendly and welcoming, and we got a nice welcome drink upon check, in. The laundry service was convenient, and there were shops nearby for any last, minute needs. it was a decent stay at Holiday Inn, but a few minor improvements could make it even better. Hope this helps! .

We had an amazing time at this beachfront hotel! The location was unbeatable, with plenty of activities just a stone's throw away. The complimentary breakfast was a highlight, offering a range of delicious options. The room was spotless, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel had a great family, friendly atmosphere with activities like dive, in movies, sunset bonfires, and a Polynesian fire show that kept us entertained throughout our stay. The lazy river and pool bar were definite favorites, adding to the overall enjoyable experience.

The breakfast is a knockout and perfect for fueling up before a long day. The lazy river is always packed with happy families and the location makes it easy to hit the beach in no time.
The pool had some trash floating around which was not ideal.

This hotel is just a few steps from the sandy beach and boasts a relaxing lazy river, plus it's conveniently close, roughly 1.5 km, to M.B. Miller County Pier and only about 3 km from Gulf World Marine Park, making it super easy to explore the area; additionally, local eateries like Hooters and Harpoon Harry's are just a short walk away, perfect for grabbing a bite after a day of sightseeing. The indoor and outdoor pools were clean and inviting, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. But the parking situation could be improved since we had some trouble finding a spot for our rental.

Our room was a disaster—sand everywhere, filthy floors that turned my son’s socks black, and a shower with black mold. They refused to clean it or change the bedding the entire week. Just an all-around miserable experience.

I explored local attractions like Shipwreck Island Water Park and Pier Park. The bed was so comfy I slept like royalty. The Express Start Breakfast was a feast fit for a queen.
Sand in bed? Who needs room cleaning?

We hit up Gulf World Marine Park and saw some epic dolphin shows. Then we chilled at Pier Park shopping complex nearby. The beach vibes were dope, and we could see some sick aerial views of Panama City Beach. Definitely the ultimate spot for a rad beach vacay!
Wish they had a beachfront party zone with live DJs for the young crowd to vibe out and turn up even more! .

I loved the rooms bunk beds and the view! All the staff were very nice and helpful. My husband and daughter love sweet tea so having the tea in the lobby at all times was awesome. I had a great experience at Holiday Inn Express.

the hotel was so clean and modern, and it's super close to the snacks and bar. the pool area was massive and had umbrellas and cabanas. also, they had ice water and iced tea for free at the pool and in the lobby. so cool!

Chose hotel for location near Hidden Lagoon Super Race Track. Surprised by the exceptional breakfast. 6:30 AM breakfast start time was convenient.
Low-quality complimentary toothbrush. Upgrade needed for toothbrush quality.

Our stay at this beachfront resort was absolutely delightful. As young families, we were impressed by the excellent facilities and amenities provided. The free Wi-Fi in our room allowed us to stay connected, and the 24-hour reception was convenient for our late check-in. The outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were perfect for relaxation, and the game room kept our children entertained. The beach access was a huge plus, and we enjoyed lounging on the sun loungers with beach umbrellas. The staff was always friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
We did experience one minor inconvenience during our stay. The shower in our bathroom was a bit small, making it difficult for my husband with wide shoulders to maneuver comfortably.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the fabulous pool and lazy river floats, great tiki bar with food, and beachfront location with private chairs available - perfect for chilling and soaking up the sun!

staying at holiday inn express was the best decision ever. the staff was amazing, offering us complimentary drinks while waiting for our room to be checked. the corner suite upgrade was spacious and comfy, with the beach right outside the doors. the heated pools and hot tub were fantastic, and the breakfast buffet had plenty of options, even bacon! the indoor and outdoor pool areas were modern and stylish, with lots of seating and fire pits. we even enjoyed movie night and live entertainment.
